Canadian screen actress best known for her character Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. In 2019 she began starring on CBSs Blood & Treasure. Other appearances include Earthstorm from 2006 and The Perfect Neighbor, which she was a part of in 2005. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay who is an actress, director and producer playwright educator and Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. A few of Annas first memories are of playing in rehearsals for her plays and watching her mom do her job. Silk made appearances in numerous commercials as a child. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was awarded by St. Thomas University, in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced at least Two early productions, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009 she was married Seth Cooperman. Samuel and Levi, their sons are named. In 2009, she was cast in the principal role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. The character she played Bo together with Lauren as love-making, same-sex couples in Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite TV Couples by CNN and named the Top TV Couple for 2013. E! Entertainment Television. Silk has a large number of followers on social networks because of the popularity of the show.
